Featured Project: The Artist Table

One of our most unique consulting projects was partnering with a client who had a bold vision: to create a space where food and conversation could spark authentic connections and new opportunities for the Memphis community. She knew what she wanted to create, but the challenge was how to build the right team and structure to bring her vision to life.

Kinah Connects™ stepped in to provide clarity and strategy. We began by listening deeply to her goals, then guided her through a process of identifying the right partners, bridging relationships, and aligning roles to her vision. Using our framework for collaboration, we helped her focus on capacity building—ensuring that every person at the table brought unique value and strengths.

As a result, her idea transformed into The Artist Table, a thriving chef residency program in downtown Memphis. Not only did it bring together local entrepreneurs, leaders, and creatives, but it also generated fresh opportunities for collaboration, storytelling, and cultural growth in the community.

This project was a clear reminder of what makes Kinah Connects™ distinct: we turn vision into strategy, conversation into collaboration, and obstacles into opportunities for transformation.

Client Testimonial

“Kinah delivered a 4-hour Emotional Intelligence workshop at our retreat that changed the room. She gave our women language for their emotions, practical tools to regulate in real time, and a simple cadence for follow-through. The result was deeper connection and true accountability—exactly what we’d scheduled to build in early 2026, achieved months ahead of plan. Kinah doesn’t just facilitate; she engineers momentum with care, clarity, and actionable steps. We left aligned, honest, and ready to move together.”
